After being served for a good long time at Costco food court, it was finally discontinued in 2020, which left many fans disappointed. Several reasons resulted in the brisket sandwich discontinuation, like being priced high as compared to other items at Costco or preparation complexity. Another big factor that played a big role in being left out of the food court menu was Costco’s move toward healthier options for its customers.
